The Chief instructor of MIKO Martial Arts is Paul Coffey. Paul has copious years of experience in martial arts and has been coaching for over 28 years.
With a 3rd Dan black belt in karate and a 4th Dan black belt in Kickboxing, Paul has also studied Judo, Hapkido and Ju Jitsu.
He has won Irish national, European and World kickboxing titles and is well known and respected by martial artists around the world.
He is also a level 3 coach and a level 2 tutor with the Irish Martial Arts Commission, Irish Sports Council and Coaching Ireland, University of Limerick.
With this vast array of knowledge, Paul has put together a programme that is guaranteed to keep you interested in class and to keep that heart pumping whether your aim is to get/stay fit, or to compete for a title. Paul has starred on RTE's The Republic of Telly which can be seen here along with coaching Louise Collins to conquer her goals on the first season of RTE's Operation Transformation.
