C.C.T Personal Training takes place in our exclusive gym. Sessions consists of a mixture of strength & conditioning and cardiovascular training to ensure you gain the best results. 

3. Sticking to Nutrition Plan.

We all know how  difficult it is to stick to a diet. I don't believe in using the term diet to my clients as it puts a fear factor into their eating habits. I believe in educating them by eating healthier foods to fuel and sustain their energy levels while training enabling them to burn more calories.
